Russia attacked 22 settlements in the Kherson region; there is one fatality and several people were wounded

Over the past day, Russian troops shelled 22 settlements in the Kherson region using drones, aircraft, and artillery. As a result of the attacks, one person was killed and four others were wounded.

 

Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the regional military administration, reported this on Telegram.

The following settlements came under enemy attack: Antonivka, Sadove, Stanislav, Shyroka Balka, Ingulets, Mykilsk, Ponyativka, Bilozerka, Dniprovske, Kizomys, Beryslav, Urozhayne, Starosillia, Novopetrivka, Milove, Sablukivka, Novovorontsovka, Mykhailivka, Novoraysk, Tyaginka, Burgunka, and Kherson.

Russian forces targeted critical and social infrastructure, as well as residential neighborhoods in the region’s settlements. In particular, they damaged two private homes and a farm building.

Prokudin noted that 11 people were successfully evacuated yesterday from the region’s liberated communities.

Since the evening of September 30, Russian troops have attacked the Nikopol district of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast more than ten times. A civilian man was killed as a result of the strikes.

In the Pechersk district of the capital, debris from a drone fell into the yard of a private building.

A drone strike in the Kyiv region caused a fire in several buildings; two people were rescued.

As a reminder, debris from a Russian drone caused a fire in a five-story building in Kyiv.

Following the Russian Federation’s nighttime attack on Kyiv, an educational institution was hit.
