Russia struck Izyum; there are casualties

Russian troops launched an attack on Izyum in the Kharkiv region. Four people were injured in the attack, and a high-rise residential building was damaged. Rescue workers, medical personnel, and other emergency services are on the scene.

 

According to Oleg Synyegubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, the Russian army attacked Izyum on Friday, July 11. Preliminary reports indicate that four people were injured as a result of the enemy strike. All of them are receiving the necessary medical care. Information about their condition is currently being verified.

In addition, a multi-story residential building was damaged in the attack. The exact type of weaponry used by Russian troops has not yet been officially reported. All relevant emergency services are working at the site of the strike. Rescue workers are clearing up the aftermath of the attack, medical personnel are assisting the victims, and law enforcement officers are documenting yet another war crime committed by Russia. “The Russian Federation’s army struck Izyum. So far, four people are known to have been injured, and they are receiving medical care,” said Oleg Synyegubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration.

Authorities are urging residents of the region not to ignore air raid sirens, as the threat of new Russian strikes on the Kharkiv region remains high. As a reminder, Russian forces attacked Kharkiv again with drones on the morning of July 11. One of the drones struck a civilian facility in the Nemyshlyanskyi district of the city. According to the latest reports, seven people were injured.

In addition, Russian forces attacked Ukrnafta gas stations in the Dnipropetrovsk region for two consecutive nights. Despite the damage, the company says it is doing everything possible to resume fuel distribution to residents of frontline regions as soon as possible.

On the night of July 11, Russian troops launched a massive combined attack on Ukraine, using ballistic missiles, air-to-ground missiles, and over a hundred attack drones.
