Russia struck a railway depot in Kyiv, killing seven people

Another colleague is in the hospital with injuries and is receiving all necessary medical care.
Dozens of employees managed to take shelter—they are now receiving help to recover from the trauma they experienced. The company’s CEO described the extensive damage: a workshop next to the depot was completely destroyed, and rescue workers are still putting out a number of fires.
Traffic was temporarily suspended on two sections of track due to the blast but has since been restored.
“All of this pales in comparison to the terrible loss of our colleagues,” wrote Ukrzaliznytsia CEO Oleksandr Pertsovskyi, adding that the company is contacting the families of the victims and supporting them during this difficult time.
Earlier, Russia attacked a facility in Novhorod-Siverskyi.
As a reminder, a massive attack on the Kyiv region has left one person dead and eight wounded.
Russia also launched a massive missile attack on Kyiv overnight, resulting in fatalities.
