Russian forces attacked Kharkiv again during the night of March 10. As a result of a drone strike, private houses and outbuildings were damaged.

This was reported on Telegram by the city’s mayor, Ihor Terekhov.

“As a result of a Shahed drone strike in the Kholodnohirskyi district of Kharkiv, private houses and outbuildings were damaged,” the statement said.

At first, Terekhov clarified that there was no information about casualties at that moment. “Rescuers, medics, and municipal services are working at the scene. The area is being inspected and the consequences of the strike are being eliminated,” the mayor added.

Later, the mayor reported another strike in the Kholodnohirskyi district. “This time, a drone hit a road between houses in the private residential sector. At the moment, there is information about two injured people,” the post stated.

The number of injured later rose to four. According to the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, the victims are women aged 58, 38, and 52, as well as a 17-year-old girl. They received medical assistance at the scene.

Syniehubov also specified that the drone strike on the road damaged three private houses and a car.

Earlier in the day, Russian forces carried out strikes on the energy infrastructure of Sumy Oblast, leaving some settlements without electricity.

It should be recalled that Russians previously attacked a car in the region, killing two people.

Russian drones also struck the centre of Novhorod-Siverskyi, leaving three people wounded.
