Russians attacked a farm in the Sumy region, killing dozens of cows

On Friday, June 12, Russian troops launched a targeted strike on a farm in the Sumy region. Five farm workers were injured in the attack. Some of the farm animals were killed, and several others were injured.


The invaders struck the farm in the Sadivska community; the enemy launched a drone attack just as the workers were herding the livestock into the barn.

A 51-year-old woman suffered severe injuries and burns as a result of the attack and was immediately hospitalized. Medical personnel are providing the victim with all necessary care.

Four other workers received on-site treatment and did not require hospitalization.

Animals were also affected by the enemy attack. Some of the livestock were killed, while others were injured. 

This was reported by Oleg Grigorov, head of the Sumy Regional State Administration.

As a reminder, over fifty attacks by Russian forces were recorded in the Dnipropetrovsk region over the past 24 hours, with drones and artillery striking several districts of the region. One person was killed and three others were wounded as a result of the shelling.

Ukraine’s air defense forces shot down 249 out of 272 drones that Russian troops launched into the country’s territory starting the evening of June 5.

Since the evening, Russian troops have carried out nearly 30 attacks on the Dnipropetrovsk region, using drones and artillery. As a result of the shelling, one person was killed and three others were wounded.
