Russian troops attacked the Dnipropetrovsk region nearly 30 times throughout the day. Two districts in the region came under fire, with the enemy using drones and artillery. The attacks damaged homes, infrastructure, and a shopping center, and a fire broke out.
The Nikopol district suffered the most from Russian attacks throughout the day. Nikopol, as well as the Pokrovska, Marganetska, Tomakivska, and Chervonohryhorivska communities, came under fire there. Russian troops shelled the district with artillery and launched drone attacks. The shelling damaged private homes. Infrastructure and a shopping pavilion were also damaged.
The report from the head of the Regional Military Administration currently contains no information about fatalities or injuries. Separately, a Russian attack caused a fire in the Kryvyi Rih district. The fire broke out in the Zelenodolsk community. Authorities have not provided separate details regarding the cause of the fire or its extent. Thus, over the course of a single day, Russian troops attacked two districts of the Dnipropetrovsk region nearly 30 times. The main brunt of the attacks fell on the Nikopol district, where residential buildings and civilian infrastructure were damaged.
Local authorities continue to assess the consequences of the shelling and verify information about the damage.
