The Russian army has again attacked civilian targets in the Kharkiv region. On the morning of April 18, a strike drone, preliminarily identified as a “Molniya” model, struck a meat processing plant in the city of Bohodukhiv.
According to the investigation, the strike occurred around 11:00 a.m. People were present at the facility at the time of the attack. Three female employees suffered acute stress reactions—medical personnel provided them with assistance.
The prosecutor’s office clarified that the strike specifically targeted a civilian facility. “According to the investigation, a strike drone, preliminarily identified as a ‘Molniya,’ struck a meat processing plant in Bohodukhiv. As a result of the attack, three female employees suffered acute stress reactions,” law enforcement officials reported.
Later, Russian forces launched another strike in the same area. This time, the village of Zolochiv came under attack. According to preliminary data, an “Italmas” drone was used.
Three vehicles were damaged as a result of the second strike. No information regarding casualties in this incident has been reported. Law enforcement officials have already opened criminal investigations. These involve war crimes—violations of the laws and customs of war.
Such attacks once again confirm that not only military targets are being hit, but also civilian infrastructure and ordinary people.
