Russians struck Sumy with guided bombs; there are injuries and fires

On the morning of October 4, Russian troops launched an attack on the Sumy community using five guided aerial bombs. As a result of the enemy attack, at least five people were injured; according to preliminary reports, two of them are in critical condition.

One of the strikes hit near a high-rise residential building. A fire also broke out in Sumy after a civilian infrastructure facility was hit. Due to heavy smoke, city residents are advised to close their windows and, if possible, limit their time outdoors. Information regarding the consequences of the shelling is being updated.

On the morning of October 4, Russian troops struck downtown Dnipro, hitting the premises of a telecommunications company. 

On the morning of October 4, debris from enemy drones was reported to have fallen at two locations in the Dnipro district of the capital. This was reported by Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko.
