Russians killed three residents of the Donetsk region over the past day

On September 26, Russian troops killed three residents of Donetsk Oblast; five more people were wounded. Two of the fatalities were in Kramatorsk, and one was in Shabelkivka. 

 

Russian troops continue to strike settlements in the Donetsk region. According to Vadym Filashkin, head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, three residents of the Donetsk region were killed as a result of Russian attacks on September 26.

Two people were killed in Kramatorsk. Another person was killed in Shabelkivka. “On September 26, the Russians killed three residents of the Donetsk region: two in Kramatorsk and one in Shabelkivka. Another five people in the region were injured over the past 24 hours,” Filashkin reported.

 

Thus, Russian strikes claimed the lives of three civilians in a single day. Another five people sustained injuries of varying severity. According to regional authorities, Russian troops continued to shell settlements in Donetsk Oblast throughout the day. The attacks have damaged residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure.

The Donetsk Regional Military Administration clarified that the statistics on the dead and wounded do not include data from Mariupol and Volnovakha. The situation in the region remains difficult due to constant Russian shelling. Local authorities continue to report on the consequences of the attacks and urge residents of frontline areas to evacuate to safer places. Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces once again attacked the Kherson region with aircraft, drones, and artillery. Critical and social infrastructure, a high-rise building, and nine private homes were hit. One person was wounded as a result of the Russian shelling.
