Russian drones kill two people at Ukraine-Moldova border
The Russian Federation, an aggressor state, attacked a border crossing between Ukraine and Moldova in Odesa Oblast with drones. Two civilians were killed and three others were injured.
Attack near Starokozache
The dead and injured were near the Starokozache border crossing, Odesa Oblast Governor Oleh Kiper reported on Telegram. The attack caused a large-scale fire.
Following the strike, the movement of passengers and vehicles across the border was temporarily suspended. Cyprus Mail reports, citing Reuters and Ukrainian officials.

Attack on Kyiv
Russia also attacked Kyiv overnight. According to emergency services, the attack caused fires, but there were no casualties.
Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported that a Russian drone struck a 16-storey building. According to him, emergency services were heading to the scene.
On the previous day, Moscow resumed almost continuous air attacks on Kyiv after a brief pause during the visit of American peace negotiators. According to officials, five people were killed in the capital as a result of Tuesday's attack.
