A Russian drone attacked a police car in the Sumy region

In the town of Bilopillya in the Sumy region, Russian troops attacked a police vehicle with a drone.

This was reported by the regional police.

At the time of the strike, the officer was behind the wheel and performing his duties.

According to preliminary data, he sustained minor injuries as a result of the attack and received medical attention.

The police vehicle sustained significant damage and is no longer usable.

An investigative team is working at the scene, and the attack is being documented as a war crime.

As a reminder, on the night of April 13, 2026, Russian occupation forces carried out a targeted attack on the energy infrastructure of the Chernihiv region. 

The Sumy region once again came under attack by Russian occupiers, who used unmanned aerial vehicles to strike civilian infrastructure.
