Defense forces struck a "Yastreb" radar station and a "Tor" air defense system on Russian territory
On May 13 and during the night of May 14, Ukrainian defenders carried out successful strikes against a number of key targets belonging to Russian occupation forces in the rear and in the temporarily occupied territories. In particular, a “Tor” anti-aircraft missile system was struck in the Stary Oskol area, and a “Yastreb” counter-battery radar station was destroyed near Novosyolovka in the Belgorod region of Russia.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in its official summary.
In the Donetsk region, near Frolivskyi, a “Redut-2US” mobile communications complex was struck, and in Kinski Rozdory, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, an enemy communications node was hit. The Defense Forces also attacked a Russian logistics depot in Perevalne, in the occupied Crimea.
In addition, Ukrainian forces struck an occupiers’ repair unit in Hromivka, Kherson region. These operations are aimed at weakening the Russian army’s logistical capabilities and its electronic warfare and air defense capabilities.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine struck a Russian missile carrier equipped with Kalibr missiles.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine denied reports of an attempt by a sabotage and reconnaissance group to break through to Nikopol.
