A city council employee was killed during a nighttime shelling in Kharkiv
Oleksiy Dorozhkin, an employee of the City Council’s Department of Emergency Situations, was killed during another nighttime shelling of Kharkiv.
This was reported by Mayor Ihor Terekhov. According to him, the man was killed as a result of yet another Russian strike on the city:
Together with rescue workers, he was working to clear up the aftermath of the shelling when the enemy launched a treacherous follow-up strike.
Oleksiy was one of the best professionals in his field; he was always on the scene of the strikes, quickly organizing search-and-rescue and recovery operations.

We will do everything we can to support our hero’s family! Oleksiy is survived by his wife and 1-year-old daughter. May his memory live on!
