An air raid alert—the fifth of the day—was declared in Kyiv and several regions
In Kyiv and several regions, an air raid alert was issued on the evening of September 1 at 6:24 p.m. due to the threat of Russian UAVs. The Ukrainian Air Force urged citizens to immediately seek shelter or follow the “two-walls rule” if safe premises were not available.
This is the fifth air raid alert in the capital today. Previous alerts were sounded at night, in the morning, and during the day, lasting from four minutes to over an hour. It is recommended to remain in safe locations until an official all-clear is issued.
