In Crimea, some towns and villages were left without power following a drone attack
On the night of August 18, 2026, drones attacked occupied Crimea. The southern part of the peninsula was particularly hard hit, resulting in power outages in some settlements.
According to the utility company, some settlements were left without power. Emergency repair work is currently underway in the affected areas.
At the same time, the power supply situation remains difficult in the northwest and east of occupied Crimea.
No timeline has been provided for the full restoration of power.
