Defense Forces deny occupation of the village of Ternuvate in Zaporizhzhia region
Information about the capture of the village of Ternuvate in the Zaporizhzhia region is not true. The Defense Forces of Ukraine eliminated enemy sabotage groups that were attempting to film propaganda videos, and the settlement is currently fully under the control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This was reported by Vladyslav Voloshyn, spokesperson for the Southern Defense Forces.
“A few days ago, the enemy used its favorite tactic of infiltration and flag-planting,” Voloshyn said. According to him, one of the Russian sabotage groups infiltrated Ternuvate and filmed videos with flags in different parts of the village.

Russian troops took advantage of bad weather and fog to remain unnoticed. However, Defense Forces fighters immediately conducted reconnaissance and search operations and neutralized the threat. “Despite the appearance of videos in Russian media allegedly showing that Russia has taken control of Ternuvate, this information does not correspond to reality,” Voloshyn emphasized. He added that the settlement is under the control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and the frontline is still about fifteen kilometers away.
Thus, the enemy’s attempt to create propaganda visuals failed, and the village remains under the full control of Ukrainian forces.
