Ukraine Has a Chance to Get Ahead of Russia Thanks to Its Technological Advantage, Says Driscoll
A turning point has been reached in Russia’s war against Ukraine, and a technological edge could give Ukraine a chance to defeat Russian forces.
According to him, modern warfare is entering a fundamentally new phase, in which even the world’s most powerful armies cannot keep up with the pace and scale of technological innovations that are shaping the situation on the battlefield.
Driscoll believes that Ukraine has a unique opportunity to use its own experience in warfare and technological developments to gain an advantage over Russia.
“Ukraine will have an incredible opportunity to get ahead of the Russians, outpace them in innovation, and forge partnerships in a way that will allow it to defeat them,” he said.
According to Driscoll, the ability to rapidly deploy new technologies could be one of the key factors on the battlefield.
Separately, the former U.S. Secretary of the Army highlighted Ukraine’s DELTA system, which integrates information from radars, sensors, and data provided by service members.
This gives commanders a more complete picture of the combat situation and allows them to make decisions more quickly.
Driscoll stated that this platform surpasses any technology currently in use by the U.S. military in terms of its capabilities.
Thus, in his assessment, Ukrainian military innovations could become a key factor in shifting the balance of power in the war and gaining an advantage over Russia.

The Russian army’s total combat losses since the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine have reached approximately 1,506,900 servicemen.
Ukraine has effectively become a testing ground for modern weapons and military technologies. Going forward, these must be actively utilized to minimize casualties among personnel.
