In Russia, drones attacked an oil depot in the Kuban region
On the night of June 6, Russia came under another massive drone attack. In the Krasnodar Region, explosions triggered a fire at an oil depot, while in the temporarily occupied city of Mariupol, there are reports of a strike on the port area.
According to local public groups, an air raid alert due to the threat of drones in the Krasnodar region was declared as early as last night.
Toward morning, residents of Ust-Labinsk began receiving instructions on how to act during a drone attack. After 4:00 a.m., videos and photos appeared on social media showing a massive fire at one of the industrial facilities.
OSINT analysts suggest that the Poltava oil depot was the target of the attack.
It is known that this facility is used for the storage and transshipment of petroleum products and has a tank farm with a capacity of about 15,000 cubic meters. The oil depot supplies fuel via road and rail.

Russian sources also reported a drone attack in the Leningrad region.
Local authorities claimed to have allegedly destroyed 25 UAVs, but no information regarding potential damage or consequences on the ground has been released yet.
Sergei Sobyanin, the mayor of the Russian capital, reported multiple times overnight on the operation of air defense systems.
According to him, Russian air defense continued to shoot down drones that were allegedly heading toward Moscow.
Meanwhile, drones were also spotted over the territory of the temporarily occupied city of Mariupol.
According to preliminary reports, the city’s seaport was hit. After the attack, eyewitnesses observed thick dark smoke rising above the site.
There is currently no official confirmation regarding the extent of the damage or the consequences of the attack.
