Russian troops carried out a massive missile and drone attack on civilian infrastructure in the Odesa region. As of 2:00 p.m., the number of people injured in the enemy attack on the Odesa region had risen to 38. Among them is a five-month-old infant. Rescuers have saved 13 people, including two children. Two more people remain unaccounted for, and search and rescue operations are ongoing.
The upper floors of the residential high-rise have been completely destroyed. The blast wave damaged neighboring residential buildings and a low-pressure gas pipeline. At another location, three more residential buildings were damaged, one of which was completely destroyed.
Emergency services are working at the sites of the Russian strikes. Medical assistance is being provided to the injured, and emergency response headquarters have been set up. Cleanup efforts following the attack are ongoing.
