Video: A Stranger Helped a Ukrainian Robot Complete a Combat Mission

A passerby came to the aid of Ukrainian defenders, enabling the crew of a ground-based robotic system to carry out their combat mission. Military officials shared this story as an example of Ukrainians’ compassion and support for the Defense Forces.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs released a video showing an unidentified man who helped the ground robotic complex of the “Omega” Special Purpose Center carry out its combat mission.

In the published footage, you can see how a passerby clears away the branches that had blocked the RVC’s path, allowing it to continue unimpeded to carry out its mission.

“The guards of the 4th Separate Detachment of the National Guard of Ukraine’s Special Forces Center ‘Omega’ were hindered by obstacles. Despite the danger, a man single-handedly cleared the road, ensuring the defenders’ tactical maneuver! This Ukrainian’s compassion and courage have once again proven to us: our strength lies in unity! Thank you,” reads the Ministry of Internal Affairs’ statement.

Russian troops are advancing in the Pokrovsk district of Donetsk Oblast.

Over the past day, 202 combat engagements took place on the front lines. The highest number of Russian assaults was recorded in the Pokrovsk direction—27 attacks, all of which were repelled by Ukrainian forces.

On October 7, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine updated the data on Russian military losses in the war against Ukraine. Over the past day, Ukrainian defenders eliminated 1,690 invaders.
