Video: Police Show the Aftermath of an Attack on a Tobacco Factory in Pryluky
On the afternoon of September 7, Russian occupiers launched a drone strike on a facility in the city of Pryluky, Chernihiv Oblast, causing a fire. According to preliminary reports, a local resident who was at a nearby public transportation stop was injured in the attack.
Police investigative teams, forensic experts, community police officers, and all emergency services are working at the scene. Law enforcement officials are currently providing assistance to citizens and documenting the consequences of yet another war crime committed by Russia.

In Pryluky, Chernihiv Oblast, a fire broke out at the British American Tobacco cigarette factory on the afternoon of September 7 as a result of a Russian attack. According to employees, the roof of the cigarette production facility caught fire, but everyone had been evacuated to shelters by the time of the attack.
It is important to note that the employees were in a shelter at the time of the attack. This prevented more serious consequences for the people involved. Rescue workers are currently extinguishing the fire. The exact extent of the damage to the factory and the consequences of the attack are still being determined. This was reported by a “Suspilne” correspondent on the scene.
In the Kyiv and Chernihiv regions, military personnel from the Territorial Defense Forces and the Special Forces were notified that they are suspects in criminal proceedings regarding the unlawful use of force against civilians during mobilization operations.
