“All emergency services are operating at the scene. Patrol officers assisted rescuers in evacuating residents, maintained public order, ensured the unhindered movement of emergency services, and secured the area,” law enforcement officials said.
The blast wave also damaged windows of nearby buildings and vehicles.
In Ternopil, rescuers have been working around the clock for nearly a day to clear rubble following a massive attack, but the fate of 22 people remains unknown.
