Video: Russians struck a Ukrtelecom building in Dnipro
On the morning of October 4, Russian troops struck downtown Dnipro, targeting the premises of a telecommunications company. This was reported by Oleksandr Hanzha, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration.
The enemy attack caused a fire at the scene. All emergency and rescue services are currently on the scene; information regarding possible casualties and the extent of the damage is being verified. Based on the video, the Ukrtelecom building is on fire.
