Russian forces shelled eight settlements in Kharkiv region

On February 15, 2026, Russian occupying forces carried out attacks on eight settlements in Kharkiv region.

The critical situation in the region was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Synehubov.

The most severe impact was recorded in the village of Tetianivka, in the Shevchenkivska community of Kupyansk District. According to preliminary data, five people were injured, including a 15-year-old child.

Among the injured, a 57-year-old woman and a 61-year-old man were diagnosed with acute stress reactions; information regarding the condition of the other victims is being clarified.

For attacks on civilian towns and villages, the occupiers actively used unmanned aerial vehicles of various types. Nine kamikaze drones of the Geran-2 type, four drones of the Molniya type, and one additional UAV of a type currently being determined by specialists were recorded.

Enemy strikes caused significant destruction to civilian infrastructure in several districts of the region. In the Bohodukhiv District, specifically in the village of Ivashky, a private house and an outbuilding were damaged. In the Kharkiv District, a warehouse in the village of Vilkhivka and a residential building in the settlement of Slatyne were damaged.

It is worth recalling that Russian forces previously attacked Konotop with Shahed drones.

In addition, the Russian Federation also attacked Dnipropetrovsk region with artillery and drones, injuring one man.
