Drone manufacturer MAGURA has joined the EU-Ukraine Drone Alliance

UFORCE, the Ukrainian manufacturer of MAGURA maritime drones, has been selected as one of the Ukrainian founding members of the Drone Alliance EU-Ukraine. The alliance aims to combine battle-tested Ukrainian innovations with Europe’s industrial capabilities to rapidly scale up production and expand the defense sector.

UFORCE CEO Oleksiy Goncharuk stated that this demonstrates the growing recognition of Ukraine’s defense technology ecosystem and its role in shaping Europe’s security architecture. Ukrainian companies TAF Industries, SkyFall, and Vyriy Industries are also involved in the initiative.

The Ukrainian startup UFORCE, which has a market valuation of over $1 billion, is developing a series of unmanned surface vehicles, ranging from the first model, the Magura V1, to the V7 generation. The unmanned vessels are capable of performing surveillance, reconnaissance, patrolling, search and rescue operations, mine countermeasures, fleet protection, and strike missions. Last May, two Russian Su-30 fighter jets were shot down using V7 drones.

This was reported by Militariy.

U.S. special forces used Ukrainian Magura maritime drones for the first time during exercises in the Philippines. During the tests, the drone successfully struck and sank a target ship.

Romania claimed that Ukraine had lost control of four naval drones.
