The Navy struck a Russian boat near the Tendrivska Spit

The Ukrainian Navy destroyed a Russian boat that was attempting to provide logistical support to the occupiers near the Tendrivska Spit in the Black Sea. Military officials report that this is yet another instance of the systematic destruction of enemy supply infrastructure at sea. The operation was carried out as part of efforts to counter Russia’s attempts to gain a foothold in strategic areas along the coast.

The Ukrainian Navy reported the destruction of a Russian boat that was carrying out logistical support missions for occupying forces on the Tendrivska Spit. This refers to a section of the coastline where Russian troops are attempting to maintain a presence and supply lines, using small vessels to transport resources and personnel.

According to the Navy, Ukrainian forces detected and struck the boat while it was operating in the area of the mission. The statement emphasizes that such targets are of not only tactical but also strategic importance, as they disrupt the enemy’s supply chains and complicate its operations at sea. The Navy stated: “The Ukrainian Navy continues to destroy the enemy. This time, a boat that was attempting to provide logistical support to the enemy on the Tendrivska Spit was destroyed. Every boat destroyed is another step toward liberating Ukrainian waters.”

The Tendrivska Spit remains one of the most sensitive areas in the northern part of the Black Sea, where control over the waters is crucial for the security of the coastline and the logistics of both sides. That is why such strikes against the enemy’s small vessels are viewed as part of a systematic effort to pressure its naval presence.

The Navy emphasizes that operations at sea are ongoing, and the priority remains the destruction of any assets that provide the occupying forces with resources and mobility in coastal areas. The Navy reported this on Facebook and shared a video of the incident.

Starting on the evening of June 26, the Russians carried out a large-scale air attack on Ukrainian territory, deploying 129 drones of various types—including strike drones and decoy drones—that approached from multiple directions.

Over the past day, 256 combat engagements were recorded on the front lines, and Russian troops launched massive missile, air, and drone strikes against the positions of the Ukrainian Defense Forces and civilian infrastructure.

In Volgograd, Russia, one of the enterprises of the military-industrial complex was hit following the launch of FP-5 “Flamingo” missiles. According to preliminary data, the strike hit the production facilities of a plant that manufactures equipment for the Russian Armed Forces.

Over the past day, the Russian army lost another 1,350 soldiers in the war against Ukraine. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, since the start of the full-scale invasion, Russia’s total personnel losses have already approached 1.4 million.
