With Improving Weather, Enemy Resumes Use of Motorcycles — Voloshyn
The Russian command has begun large-scale preparation of specialized groups on motorcycles to conduct assault operations in southern Ukraine.
This was reported by the spokesperson for the Southern Defense Forces, Vladyslav Voloshyn, in a comment to the news agency Interfax-Ukraine, noting that the enemy is attempting to adapt its tactics to the weather conditions.
According to the spokesperson, for the needs of the enemy “Dnipro” grouping, a special motorcycle driver course was opened at the Ryazan Military School.
“That is, the occupiers will train a group of 50 people who can ride motorcycles at a more or less professional level. And the course will last several weeks,” Voloshyn clarified.
The use of two-wheeled transport is driven by the need to move as quickly as possible between positions under fire from Ukrainian artillery and drones. Improving weather conditions in Zaporizhzhia allow the invaders to actively use this mobile, albeit vulnerable, equipment for assaults again.
Another attempt by the enemy to break through on motorcycles was recorded near Novohryhorivka on the Oleksandrivka direction. The occupiers tried to rapidly enter a Ukrainian settlement, but the Defense Forces detected and eliminated the assault group in time.
Vladyslav Voloshyn emphasized that the tactic of using high-speed transport reflects the enemy’s attempt to find gaps in Ukrainian defenses.
“Now they need to move quickly. And they will use motorcycles,” the spokesperson added, explaining the logic of the invaders’ actions.
Ukrainian aerial reconnaissance units have already adapted their algorithms to hunt high-speed targets. The destruction of another group near Novohryhorivka confirms that professional training in Russian schools does not guarantee survival under the precise fire of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Reminder: Russian occupiers advanced near Pokrovka in Sumy region.
Russian forces are also attempting to break through the center of Hryshyne and capture Pokrovsk and Myrnohrad.
