As of 10:00 p.m. on October 7, 2026, there had been 185 combat engagements on the front lines since the start of the day. Russian forces launched one missile strike and carried out 72 airstrikes, using 156 guided bombs. In addition, the enemy deployed 5,288 kamikaze drones and carried out 1,445 shelling attacks on populated areas and Ukrainian military positions.
In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors, one enemy assault has been recorded since the start of the day. The occupiers also carried out 120 shelling attacks on our troops’ positions and populated areas.
Over the past 24 hours in the Southern Slobozhansky direction, the enemy launched 12 assaults on our units’ positions near Grafskoye, Synelnykove, and Volokhivka, as well as in the direction of the settlements of Ternova, Mykolaivka, and Radkivka; one firefight is still ongoing.
In the Kupiansk sector, the Defense Forces repelled one enemy assault in the area of Kivsharivka.
In the Lyman sector, our defenders successfully repelled three attempts by the invaders to advance in the areas around the settlements of Stavka and Dibrova.
One enemy assault was recorded in the Sloviansk direction toward Piskunivka.
In the Kostiantynivka sector, the Defense Forces repelled 19 enemy assaults in the areas of Kostiantynivka, Illinivka, Vilne, and toward Kurtivka and Mykolaipillia; two more clashes are ongoing.
A total of 15 attacks were repelled in the Pokrovsk direction. The occupiers attempted to advance in the areas of the settlements of Bilytske, Svitle, Krasnopodillia, Myrne, and Molodetske, as well as in the direction of Novyi Donbas, Dobropillia, and Serhiivka.
According to preliminary estimates, 40 occupiers were killed and 14 wounded here today; five vehicles, eight pieces of specialized equipment, one drone control center, and eight enemy shelters were destroyed. Four vehicles, two artillery systems, one piece of specialized equipment, five UAV control stations, and 90 enemy shelters were damaged. A total of 273 unmanned aerial vehicles of various types were destroyed or neutralized.
Our defenders repelled one attack by the occupiers in the Oleksandrivka sector toward Ternove.
Seven attacks by the occupiers were recorded in the Huliaipole sector near the settlements of Zlagoda, Ternuvate, Dolynka, and Hirke. One firefight is still ongoing.
In the Orikhiv sector, our defenders repelled one enemy attack in the direction of Magdalynivka.
In the Kramatorsk and Dnipro sectors, the enemy did not carry out any offensive operations.
In other sectors, there were no significant changes in the situation.

As a reminder, Moscow and the surrounding region were attacked by drones; an oil depot may have been hit.
