Over the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have eliminated 890 Russian invaders
Total combat losses among Russian troops from February 24, 2022, to March 24, 2026, amount to approximately 1,289,740 personnel, including 890 killed in the past 24 hours.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook.
According to the Ukrainian command, the Russian army also suffered losses in equipment:
- Tanks – 11,800 (+6) units
- Armored combat vehicles – 24,271 (+3) units
- Artillery systems – 38,695 (+33) units
- Multiple launch rocket systems – 1,696 (+1) units
- Air defense systems – 1,336 (+0) units
- Aircraft – 435 (+0) units
- Helicopters – 350 (+0) units
- Operational-tactical UAVs – 193,892 (+1,023) units
- Cruise missiles – 4,468 (+0) units
- Ships and boats – 33 (+0) units
- Submarines – 2 (+0) units
- Vehicles and tankers – 84,955 (+180) units
- Special equipment – 4,098 (+0) units.
These figures confirm Russia’s massive losses of both personnel and military equipment on the front lines.
Ukrainian defenders continue to hold back the large-scale offensive of Russian occupation forces, which carried out 168 combat engagements across various sections of the front over the past day.
As a reminder, the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) have denied reports of the loss of the villages of Platonivka and Minkivka in the Donetsk region.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine also stated that the Russians have not advanced in Vovchansk and Synkivka.
