Zelenskyy Announced New Diplomatic Efforts to Strengthen Air Defense
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine will engage in new diplomatic efforts next week to strengthen its air defense.
“There will be new discussions regarding air defense packages to protect our country and our people,” Zelenskyy said.
According to him, Ukraine continues its active diplomatic efforts and is discussing necessary steps and proposals with its partners.
The president also emphasized that Ukraine’s resilience is ensured first and foremost by the units of the Defense Forces and the Ukrainian military serving on the front lines.
The head of state made these remarks in an evening address on Sunday, August 9.
