Zelenskyy announced a pause in the attacks on Kyiv and Moscow
Ukraine is prepared to refrain from striking Moscow until the end of Monday and expects Russia to take similar action with regard to Kyiv.
According to Volodymyr Zelenskyy, this ceasefire is to remain in effect for the duration of the negotiation process involving representatives of the U.S. president. Prior to this, the Ukrainian leader held talks with them, after which the American side began working with Russia.
The pause in strikes is to last until the end of Saturday, throughout Sunday, and on Monday.
Zelenskyy also stated that Kyiv is expecting Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner. The plan for negotiations with the U.S. team has already been approved.

In the Khmelnytskyi region, debris from a downed Russian attack drone caused a fire in the warehouse of one of the local enterprises. The fire covered an area of 200 square meters, according to Serhiy Tyurin, head of the regional military administration.
