Zelenskyy announced the success of a 40-day operation against Russia
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that he is satisfied with the results of the 40-day operation by Ukrainian forces against Russia.
According to him, the response to Russia’s strikes on Ukrainian logistics was a series of successful long-range operations that inflicted significant losses on the Russian side.
Zelenskyy said that after Russia began its attacks on Ukrainian logistics, the Defense Forces carried out their own logistics operation involving the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Special Operations Forces, the Main Intelligence Directorate, the Security Service of Ukraine, and the Foreign Intelligence Service.
The president stated that Russia’s losses as a result of this operation amount to about one trillion rubles, and he called it very successful.
“I am certainly satisfied. Our logistical responses—we understand how much they have lost; they are facing major problems,” Zelenskyy said.
The head of state also emphasized that Ukraine is striking military targets, but if Russia continues to attack Ukrainian logistics, Kyiv will exploit its knowledge of the vulnerabilities in the Russian logistics system.
According to the president, ordinary Russians may also feel the effects of logistical disruptions due to problems with the supply of goods.
