On the night of 19 January, the Defence Forces of Ukraine carried out a series of attacks on strategic facilities in Russia located both in the occupied territories and deep in the aggressor state, according to information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In Russia’s Krasnodar Krai, damage was reported to the fuel-loading terminal of the Tuapse Oil Refinery. In addition, the “Oskolneftesnab” oil depot in Belgorod region was attacked, where one storage tank was destroyed and another six were seriously damaged.

One of the key targets was a drone warehouse of the 144th Motor Rifle Division near Novokrasnianka in Luhansk region, where a direct hit was recorded, as well as fuel infrastructure facilities on Russian territory.

Ukraine is increasingly successfully carrying out aerial attacks against targets inside Russia, and given the gradual degradation of Russian air defence systems, the scale of the damage inflicted will only grow.

On New Year’s night in the Russian Federation, drones attacked an oil depot and an oil refinery, causing fires.

On the morning of 31 December, drones struck the Federal State Institution “Temp” Combine of the Russian State Reserve in the city of Rybinsk, Yaroslavl region, Russia.

On the night of 19 January, Russia’s Saratov region came under a massive drone attack, according to local residents.
