The Ukrainian Armed Forces thwarted a Russian offensive planned for March — Zelenskyy
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Ukrainian forces thwarted a Russian offensive that had been planned for early spring.
According to him, the enemy was preparing for active operations specifically in March, but was unable to carry out these plans.
“The offensive was supposed to take place in early spring, specifically in March. They failed. There were many attempts. Our troops thwarted the offensive,” the head of state noted.
Zelensky emphasized that Ukrainian defenders demonstrated effectiveness and did not allow the enemy to achieve its objectives.
Hundreds of attacks are taking place on the front lines, with the heaviest fighting in the Pokrovsk and Kostiantynivkasectors.
Additionally, the occupiers shelled the Dnipropetrovsk region nearly 30 times: one person was wounded.
Russia attacked an ambulance brigade in the Kharkiv region with an FPV drone.
