Ukrainian Forces destroy three Russian air defence systems worth $60 million in three days
The Drone Systems Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have struck three Russian surface-to-air missile systems over the past three days, with a total estimated value of $60 million.
This was reported by the Drone Systems Forces on their official Telegram channel.
Operators of the Asgard Battalion, part of the 412th Nemesis Brigade of the Drone Systems Forces, in coordination with the 12th Special Purpose Center and the HUR special unit “Kabul 9,” destroyed three high-value Russian air defense systems: the Buk-M1, Buk-M2, and Tor-M2.
These systems are key components of Russia’s air-defense architecture at the operational-tactical level. Their destruction significantly weakens the coverage of critical areas and strategic facilities in the Russian Federation.
Earlier, explosions were reported in the Rosgvardia “Akhmat-North” military compound in Grozny, according to the Russian Telegram channel Astra.
