David Beckham shared new photos from his country estate in the Cotswolds, giving a glimpse into his home life. In the video and photos, he showed off the chicken coop, rose garden, and greenhouse on the estate.

The former soccer player posted a selection of photos and videos on Instagram showcasing his daily life in the countryside. In the post, he showed himself checking the chicken coop, collecting eggs, and tending to the garden.

In one of the videos, the athlete crawls into the chicken coop and finds several eggs. He also showed the greenhouse and a garden filled with flowers and plants. In a separate Instagram Story, Beckham talked about the farm’s new residents—black moorhens, whom he called the new “family members.”

In addition to the poultry and garden, Beckham showcased white roses named after him. The variety was created by David Austin Roses and debuted at the Chelsea Flower Show in May of this year in honor of the former soccer player’s 50th birthday.

During the event, Beckham presented the roses to King Charles III and Queen Camilla.

In a video published by The King’s Foundation, the king asked about the story behind the creation of the Sir David Beckham rose. The soccer player explained that the idea to time the flower’s debut to coincide with his 50th birthday came from his 14-year-old daughter, Harper.
