Estonia's Foreign Minister called for increased pressure on Russia following the drone incident in Romania

Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna stated that the threat to NATO countries will persist as long as Russia continues its war against Ukraine.

According to him, the downing of a drone that violated Romania’s airspace demonstrated the Alliance’s readiness to defend the territory of its members.

Tsakhna called for increased military, economic, and political support for Ukraine, as well as greater pressure on Russia to end the war and establish a just and lasting peace.
