A Russian Mi-8 helicopter crashed in Kamchatka
In the south of Kamchatka, Russia, near Zhupanovo, on Tuesday, October 6, a Mi-8 helicopter made what the Russians describe as a “hard landing.” There were three crew members on board; none were injured.
This was reported by the Kamchatka Regional Center for Disaster Medicine.
“According to preliminary information, there were three crew members on board, and they were not injured,” the statement said.
The helicopter belongs to Kamchatka Aviation Enterprise JSC.
Earlier, a Tu-95MS strategic bomber crashed in Russia.
A Mi-8 military helicopter also crashed in Russia’s Voronezh region.
Earlier, a Gripen fighter jet crashed in Hungary.
