The UAE reported that Iran launched a missile attack on an ADNOC tanker in the Strait of Hormuz
The United Arab Emirates stated that Iran launched a missile at a tanker belonging to the state-owned Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) as the vessel was passing through the Strait of Hormuz. According to the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs, no one was injured as a result of the incident.
The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the incident and described it as a hostile Iranian attack on the ADNOC tanker. The ministry’s statement said the vessel was struck by a missile while transiting the strait.

On Friday, ADNOC reported that 15 of its vessels have been attacked in the Strait of Hormuz since the start of the war. According to the company, three vessels were attacked this week alone.
