Trump spoke of possible U.S. strikes against Iran and plans regarding Harg Island
U.S. President Donald Trump announced the U.S. intention to continue strikes on Iranian military targets on the night of Friday, June 12.
In his statement, he noted that U.S. forces would allegedly deliver a “very powerful strike” against Iranian military infrastructure, claiming significant losses to defense systems, including radars, aircraft, and air defense.
In the post, Trump also mentioned possible further actions regarding the seizure of Kharg Island and oil infrastructure facilities. According to him, the goal is to establish control over energy markets in the future.

Earlier, Iran launched a missile strike on the Ali Al-Salem Air Base in Kuwait, where U.S. military personnel and contractors were stationed. The attack resulted in minor injuries among civilians, as well as damage to American drones. The incident occurred amid U.S. attempts to negotiate an extension of the ceasefire with Tehran.

Officials in Washington note that his activity has been increasing recently.
