Dispute on the beach
According to police, the Greek ANA agency and the state broadcaster ERT, the dispute arose on Sunday between an 82-year-old man, a 76-year-old man and a 21-year-old woman. The subject of the dispute was a sun lounger on the beach.

The verbal conflict later escalated into a fight between the two men. The 82-year-old participant in the conflict was injured and was then taken to hospital from the Vouliagmeni beach area.
Investigation into the circumstances
At the hospital, doctors pronounced the 82-year-old man dead, AFP reported. The ANA agency said police detained the 76-year-old man and the 21-year-old woman. Law enforcement officers are establishing the circumstances of the incident.
