In the Kosovo Parliament, a female lawmaker threw eggs at Prime Minister Kurti
In the Kosovo Parliament, opposition lawmaker Time Kadriaj threw eggs at Acting Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
According to The Guardian, the incident occurred after Kurti told lawmakers that he needed more time to negotiate with other political parties. Following these negotiations, he is expected to propose a candidate for the position of speaker of parliament.

The question of who would become speaker arose after Kosovo’s snap elections in June. Kadriay, whom the publication identifies as a lawmaker from the “Alliance” party, took eggs out of her bag and threw them at Kurti, shouting, “Shame, shame.”
The Guardian notes that Kosovo has been in a political stalemate for nearly two years. The publication cited the Kosovo Parliament as the source of the video, and the story was distributed by Reuters.
