A large-scale fire broke out at an aerosol manufacturing plant in Charnów, Pomeranian Voivodeship, Poland. Thick black smoke rose from the site of the fire and was visible from several kilometers away.
According to emergency responders, all factory employees were evacuated. Due to the risk of explosions from the products and pressurized tanks, residents within a 200-meter radius of the facility were also evacuated.
Numerous fire departments were deployed to extinguish the fire. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
Local authorities urged residents to stay indoors, close their windows and doors, and turn off ventilation systems due to the possible presence of harmful substances in the air.
