Singer MamaRika has been unable to speak for nearly a week due to voice problems

Singer MamaRika spoke about the voice problems she’s been experiencing due to an illness. She noted that she has been practically unable to speak for several days now, so she has to give her vocal cords time to recover.

According to MamaRika, she contracted a viral infection that negatively affected her vocal cords. Because of this, the singer has had to almost completely stop talking to protect her voice. She noted that it’s currently difficult for her to even speak, so she’ll continue to remain silent until she feels better.

“It turns out I caught a viral infection somewhere that affects the vocal cords. That’s why I’ve been silent for almost a week now, and I’ll stay that way until it gets easier to speak, because right now it’s really hard for me,
” MamaRika shared.

Shortly before that, MamaRika managed to perform in Prague. The singer is currently still abroad—she went on vacation to Crete. She is now trying to recover and is taking it easy. She hopes that relaxing by the sea and avoiding unnecessary stress will help her get back to feeling her best sooner.
