Customized solutions for clients
The center will help clients develop customized flavors and products for commercialization using TasteNrich, CJ TIDE and Add-Mi nucleotide solutions. TasteNrich is a natural flavor ingredient produced using CJ CheilJedang's microbial fermentation technology. According to the company, it can help reduce sodium and other additives while preserving taste qualities.
CJ CheilJedang plans to expand the TasteNrich range and offer clients customized solutions as it develops its business in global markets. The company expects the Singapore center to accelerate technical exchanges and cooperation and increase sales in regional markets.
