The Cabinet of Ministers has allocated nearly 400 million hryvnia for the restoration of 11 residential buildings in Kharkiv, Derhachi, Izium, Balakliya, and Chuhuiv. The main phase of the restoration work is scheduled to take place in 2026–2027.
According to Prime Minister Serhiy Koretskyi, the Fund for the Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression is providing funding to restore damaged housing in the Kharkiv region within the limits of available resources.
The government has allocated nearly 400 million hryvnias from the budget to restore 11 residential buildings in Kharkiv, Derhachi, Izyum, Balakliya, and Chuhuiv. The main phase of the work is scheduled for 2026–2027, the prime minister added.
He noted that Russian attacks are ongoing, so it is necessary to respond promptly to new damage and complete the work already underway. This is particularly important for communities near the front lines so that people can return to their homes and continue living in their communities.
