Bryansk and Belgorod partially left without power following attacks
Authorities in Russia's Bryansk and Belgorod regions have confirmed that the areas suffered attacks on energy infrastructure facilities, leaving parts of the cities without electricity supply.
Reports indicate strikes on the "Novobryansk 750 kV" substation.
According to local sources, drones struck a substation in Bryansk region, causing power outages.
Earlier, Belgorod authorities had already announced the evacuation of certain population categories due to the difficult situation regarding heating, water, and electricity supplies.
Previously, Belgorod was attacked by missiles, while Rostov-on-Don came under drone attacks.
Tver and Saratov regions of Russia are also under drone attacks, with explosions heard and fires breaking out.
