The nighttime attack by Russian drones on the “Pivdennyi” port in Odesa region became another blow to Ukrainian logistics.

Russia shelled five districts of Dnipropetrovsk region. Russia also attacked Kyiv, Zaporizhzhia, Odesa, and Kryvyi Rih.

On the morning of January 28, Russian forces shelled a medical facility in the Dnipro district of Kherson.
