Photo: Enemy shells Kharkiv region, one killed and two injured
Over the past 24 hours, four settlements in the Kharkiv region came under enemy attack, resulting in one fatality and two people injured.
This was reported by Oleh Syniehubov, Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
According to the report, one person was killed and two others were wounded as a result of the shelling.
In a dacha cooperative near the village of Novoosynove in the Kurylivka community, a 47-year-old woman was killed, while a 52-year-old woman was injured.
In the village of Chorne in the Vilkhivka community, a 54-year-old man was injured.





The enemy actively used various types of weapons against the Kharkiv region:
- One missile (type being determined);
- Six Geran-2 UAVs;
- Two UAVs (type being determined).
Civilian infrastructure was damaged and destroyed as a result of the attacks:
- In the Bohodukhiv district, power lines were damaged (village of Hubarivka);
- In the Kupiansk district, three private houses and an administrative building were damaged (urban-type settlement Velykyi Burluk);
- In the Kharkiv district, a civilian enterprise was damaged (urban-type settlement Dokuchaievske).
According to the State Emergency Service of Kharkiv region, on the night of 30 January, enemy strike drones attacked an unused administrative building in Velykyi Burluk, Kupiansk district. As a result of the explosions, the roof of the two-storey building caught fire, covering an area of 100 square metres.
Over the past day, air defence forces shot down or suppressed 80 out of 111 enemy UAVs, around 70 of them Shahed-type drones.
During the night of 29–30 January 2023, Russian terrorist forces also carried out a missile strike on a residential high-rise building in a sleeping district of Zaporizhzhia.
