GUR and CCD revealed personal data of five Russian propagandists

The GUR of the Ministry of Defence, together with the Centre for Countering Disinformation, published personal information about five figures from the Russian entertainment and media industry who actively support the occupation of Ukraine.

The information appeared in the “Kremlin Megaphones” section on the War&Sanctions portal.

All of these individuals systematically work to support the Putin regime and justify Russian aggression against Ukraine.

Among the exposed propagandists is poet Ilya Reznik (also known as Israelson Ilya Leopoldovich), who wrote the text of the so-called “new anthem of Crimea”, approved by the occupation authorities.

TV presenter Leonid Yakubovich, a member of the United Russia party, turned his TV shows into a platform for demonstrating support for Russian troops.

Director of the creative collective “Uralskiye Pelmeni” Andrey Rozhkov, a member of the Putin Team movement and a trusted representative of Putin in the 2018 elections, regularly participates in events supporting the occupation forces.

Currently, the “Kremlin Megaphones” section contains data on 166 people who justify Russia’s aggression and war crimes.

These individuals support violence, promote Russian narratives, conduct information operations, and attempt to influence public opinion in various countries around the world. Many of them can still freely work and vacation in states of the sanctions coalition.

Russian propagandists accused Europe of derailing negotiations between Putin and Trump. Russia also spread a fake letter from French companies to Zelensky.
